New HDR tools in Photoshop

Photoshop CS5 (just announced) builds in a number of new features for creating and working with HDR images. They include:

  • Clicking on multiple exposures of a scene to create the HDR image.
  • Presets for effects/manipulations of the HDR images.
  • Ability to use those same presets on single exposure (non-HDR) images.
  • Detection of areas of movement between the exposures, and ability to select which exposure to extract the info from for those areas.
